Have you fallen into a fitness rut? Maybe it's time for a change. 

What if you could break out of your rut, get ripped, AND have tons of fun doing it...while getting in kick-ass shape (literally)? READ:

For a very limited time I will be taking on 16 clients with whom I will personally work and teach vital boxing, kickboxing, and grappling skills -- and get into legit fighting shape...not that "cardio" ellipti-body. 

Each small group training (8 clients per session), which will also have a real world, applied self-defense angle, will include a combination of:
  • Boxing techniques, drills, and pad work
  • Muay Thai kickboxing technique, drills, and pad work
  • Fundamental grappling skills 
  • "Dirty" self defense skills -- that could save your life!
  • Fat-melting conditioning that puts your run-of-the-mill cardio to shame

The best part is the jam-packed hour long session will vaporize faster than those winter pounds --  you know winter 2012 :)

 

I am conducting these trainings on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12pm and at 7pm starting Wednesday, July 1st and ending Monday, August 31st. 

 

The early-bird cost is $42 per session (25% OFF) if you sign up before Tuesday,June 2nd -- and will also include a one private session with me. From June 2nd, the cost is $47/session (15% OFF) until June 20th, at which time it will go up to $56/session. (This includes ten sessions/month, for two months.)


Registration opens in five minutes at 11am today and is limited to the first 16 registrants...so lets get rolling!
